Tracy was a lifelong resident of Suwannee County. She was of the Baptist faith. She was employed with the Dept. of Corrections after sixteen years of service and had retired in 2013. She loved spending time with her family and friends and was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother. She was a graduate of Suwannee High School Class of 1989.

Survivors include her husband, Charles Deas, Live Oak, Florida, her daughter: Brooke Nicole Deas, Live Oak, Fl. two sons: Charles Tyler (Alex) Deas and Phillip Kyle Deas both of Live Oak, Florida. Her mother and father: Phillip and Janet Northrup Higdon, Live Oak, Florida. Two Brothers: James "Jimmy" Higdon, White Springs, Fl. and Scotty Higdon, Live Oak, Florida. One grandchild, Charles Mason Deas, Live Oak, Florida.

Tracy was killed in an auto accident.
