Bruce Croatt of Milwaukee, formerly of Belgium, passed away unexpectedly Friday, February 14, 2014 at his home. He was 57 years old. Bruce was born June 3, 1956 in Port Washington, the son of Dale and Patricia Klas Croatt. He attended St. Mary School in Lake Church, and graduated from Cedar Grove High School. He attended Moraine Park Technical College where he studied to be a journeyman machine repairman. For many years, he worked as a forklift operator at Krier Preserving Company. Later, he worked at Renew Counseling Services, where he met his wife Selina. On July 25, 1998 he was united in marriage with Selina Robinson at St. Pius Catholic Church in Milwaukee. Bruce had been a long time member of St. Mary's Catholic Church, Lake Church. In his younger years, he had been active with the Boy Scouts and local baseball teams in Belgium including the Belgium Twins. He had enjoyed bowling, golfing, hunting, fishing and boating. Bruce is survived by his wife Selina of Milwaukee and five children: Terion Robinson, Antwan Robinson, Rokeshia (Corey) Hopgood, Patricia Robinson and Patrick Cobbs, all of Milwaukee. He is further survived by his mother Pat Croatt of Belgium, 11 grandchildren: Antriwanna Robinson, Danashia O'Neal, Canashia O'Neal, Takobie Robinson, Elijahjuan Russell, Marvell Russell Jr., Jaylin Nash, Terion Nash, Tamika Mitchell, Janae Robinson and Esperanza Robinson, brother Wayne (Lisa) Croatt of Brown Deer, mother-in-law Mildred Robinson of Milwaukee, grandmother-in-law Mildred Reese of Indiana, nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, other relatives and friends. He is preceded in death by his father Dale. A Memorial Mass will be held at 12 noon on Saturday, February 22, 2014 at Divine Savior Parish, Holy Cross Chapel, 5330 Hwy B, Belgium. Father James Vojtik, Father James Ernster and Father Guy Gurath will concelebrate mass. He will be laid to rest at St. Mary Parish Cemetery in Lake Church. The family will receive visitors at the church on Saturday from 10AM-12 noon. In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested. The Eernisse Funeral Home, Port Washington is honored to assisting the family with arrangements
