W. A. PARKE, STAUNTON, DIES OF COMPLICATIONS
Staunton, June 20—W. A. Parke died at his home here last night at 8:30 o'clock after an illness due to complications of advanced age. Plans for funeral services today had not been completed.
Mr. Parke was born in Unionvllle, N. J, December 6, 1847, coming to Worden with his patents at an early age. He had lived in Macoupin County since 1875. His marriage to Miss Amanda E. Coalson occurred December 27, 1882. Mrs. Parke, with one son and two daughters, Clarence Parke, Humboldt, Ill, Miss Grace Parke, New York City, and Rev. Myrtle Storm, pastor of the Christian Church at Minier, Ill , and four grandchildren, survive.
