Kirk was born in Tompkinsville, Ky on June 1, 1971. He is the son of Anita (Barnes) Riley and the late Bobby Riley.
He worked as a salesperson at Sports Authority. Kirk was a sporths enthusist. He loved playing softball, playing golf and loved to fish. He loved animals more than people. Kirk was also a wonderful cook and housekeeper. He moved to Colorado in 1987 and graduate from Greeley West High School.
Billy is also survived by a brother, Dr. Shane Riley, of Harrisburg, PA. and by his maternal grandmother, Nelda Barnes.
He is preceded in death by his grandparents; Dewey Barnes, Orville and Ina Riley.
Funeral Services will be at Yokley Trible Funeral Home at 1:00 P.M. on Friday, February 21st, with Shannon Arnett officiating.
Visitation is Thursday from 3:00-9:00 P.M. and Friday 6:00 A.M.-1:00 P.M. at Yokley Trible Funeral Home.
Burial is in Monroe County Memorial Lawn.
