Diane had lived in the area most of her life and was a homemaker. She loved country music, singing, going to garage sales, bowling, playing card games, and watching movies at home. She loved her husband with all of her heart and more. She also loved her children & grandchildren and loved spending time with them.
Diane married Richard L. Johnston on June 4, 2004 in Olney, IL. He survives in Witt, IL, along with children: Shauna Green, Pana, IL; April Johnston, Fox Lake, IL; Richard Johnston III, Fox Lake, IL; mother: Linda Barker, Pana, IL; father & mother-in-law: Richard & Sharon Davis, Fox Lake, IL; grandchildren: Heaven, Evan, Harley Rose, Drake, Hunter, Peyton; brothers: Dallas Green, Jr., Nokomis, IL; Richard Green, Missouri; sisters: Karen Green, Willow Hill, IL; Kay Green, Witt, IL; Debbie Kay, Lincoln, IL. Funeral services will be Friday, February 21, 2014 in McCracken-Dean Funeral Home at 12:00 p.m. with Grover Green officiating. Burial will be in Twin Pines Cemetery, Pana. Friends may call on Friday from 11:00 a.m. until service time in the funeral home.
