Beloved wife and mother Amy Sharleen Higgins, age 43 of Washington, Oklahoma, passed on to her Heavenly Father Monday, February 10, 2014. Amy was born August 27, 1970 in Mesquite, Texas to Robert Roy Ross and Wanda Jo Bray. She was raised in Texas with her brothers Jimmy, Ronny, and Randy, graduating from Mabank High School in 1988. Afterwards, she went to college and earned her associates degree in accounting. Shortly after this accomplishment, she met the love of her life Clifford Michael Higgins and moved to Oklahoma. They were united in marriage January 12, 1991 in Oklahoma City surrounded by all of their friends and family. They moved to Dibble for a short time before moving to Norman to raise their two daughters Alyssa and Alison. Seven years later, the family moved to Crested Butte, Colorado and they called it home for nearly eight years before returning to Oklahoma residing in the town of Washington. Amy truly cherished her family and especially loved being a mom. She always loved the outdoors, spending her time playing tennis, hiking, cross-country skiing, and gardening. Amy lived a very full and wonderful life with her family, her kind spirit touching all who were with her. God has truly welcomed the most beautiful angel.
