CLINTON – Ruth E. Heffelfinger, age 89, passed away on February 17, 2014. Born on August 12, 1924 in Barberton to Ross and Grace Sense, Ruth was a resident of Clinton for over 40 years. She was retired from Barberton Citizens Hospital and was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Clinton. Preceded in death by her parents; husband, Howard; brothers, Art, Harold and Pete Sense, she is survived by her sons, Howard (Carolyn) Heffelfinger of Sunbury, OH and Vernon (Marlene) Heffelfinger of Doylestown; five grandchildren; six great grandchildren. A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, February 25, 2014 at 11 a.m. at Trinity Lutheran Church, 7595 Middle St., Clinton, OH 44216, with Pastor Julie Thoms, officiating.
