Henry B. Thimmes, 63, formerly of Lancaster, died Monday in University Hospital, Ann Arbor, Mich.

Preceded in death by wife, Rose, he is survived by two daughters, two sons, sister, Mrs. Leo (Anna) Lawrence, Lancaster; nieces and nephews.

Service will be Thursday in Nixon Funeral Home, Wyandotte, Mich.; burial in Michigan.
