SHELBY JEAN STEPHENS, age 70 of the Banner Community, passed away on Saturday, February 15, 2014 at the COOKEVILLE REGIONAL MEDICAL CENTER.
Funeral service will be Tuesday, February 18, 2014 at 2:00 PM at the MT. CALVARY BAPTIST CHURCH. Burial will follow in the SPRINGS CHAPEL CEMETERY.
The family will receive friends on Monday, February 17, 2014 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the MT. CALVARY BAPTIST CHURCH.
She is survived by her:
