Carla S. Stone, 45, of Sullivan, passed away Friday, Feb. 28, 2003, at Sullivan County Community Hospital.
Born April 14, 1957 in Greene County, she was the daughter of Perry and Juanita (Smith) Bose.
She was employed at Sullivan County Park and Lake.
Survivors include her mother, Juanita Bose of Sullivan; twin daughters, Gracie and Mary Stone of Sullivan; two brothers, Mark Bose of Linton and Kevin Bose of Hymera; and three sisters, Melissa Mitchell, Pamela Bose and Julie LaMar, all of Sullivan.
She was preceded in death by her father, Perry Bose.
Funeral services will be at Newkirk Funeral Home in Dugger on Tuesday at 1 p.m. with Bro. Larry Kimell officiating. Burial will follow at Kof P Cemetery at Hymera.
