Survived by the widow, Mrs. Thelma Barnard; 1 son, Ellis Barnard, Jr.; 1 daughter, Mrs. Jay Moore; 3 sisters, Mrs. Mable Helm, Mrs. L.R. Christenberry, B'ham; Mrs. Houston Smith, of Montgomery; mother, Mrs. W.H. Barnard, of Sylacauga; 3 brothers, J.B. Barnard of Sylacauga; C.D. Barnard, of Center Point; C.W. Barnard, of California; 2 grandchildren. Funeral services Friday 4 p.m., from the Pratt City Methodist Church. Interment, Elmwood Cemetery. Rev. J.L. Brasher and Rev. Herman Cobb officiating.
