Ginnie was born April 7, 1942 in Terre Haute, IN to Clarence and Effie Fields and lived in the area for 46 years, coming from Hanna. On November 10, 1959 in Terre Haute, she was married to Charles Hartley, who preceded her in death of May 2013. She was also preceded in death by her parents and three sisters.
Survivors include three daughters, Cindy (Brian) Morris of South Bend, Lisa (Tom) Overmyer of Argos and Nikki (Felix) Salazar of Hamlet; nine grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and one brother, Fred Fields of Terre Haute. She was a former employee of Periso Glove of Knox and her children and grandchildren were everything to her.
Funeral services will be Monday, January 20, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. (Central Time) in Rannells Funeral Home, Hamlet Chapel. Burial will follow at the Fletcher Cemetery, Hamlet.
