Shirley Lanier Gaines, age 77, of Lawrenceville, GA., died Saturday, February 15, 2014.
Shirley was a native of Calhoun and attended Sunrise Baptist Church in Lawrenceville. She was a retired billing clerk from Sears and Roebuck Company, had worked for the U.S. Postal Service and was a member of Sweetwater Order of Eastern Star Chapter #298.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Earnest (Earnie) J. Gaines.
She is survived by son and daughter-in-law, Tommy and Dena Gaines of Lawrenceville; grandsons, Lanier Gaines and Jarred Gaines both of Winder and Austin Gaines of Lawrenceville.
