daughter of Shelly and Boyd Freeman, her mother died 11 days after her birth, so she was raised by her grandmother Mary Freeman.
She was preceded in death by her husbands - Clyde William Herrin, Sr. in 1958, and her second husband - George Evans in 1990. She was also preceded in death by her son Clyde William Herrin, Jr.
Carter Funeral Home, Rockingham is serving the family.
