Dr. William R. "Bill" Baldwin, 87, of Bloomington passed away Friday, February 14, 2014 at the Meadowood Health Pavilion.
Born, July 29, 1926 in Danville, IN, he was the son of Edward C. Baldwin and Letha V. (Russell) Baldwin.
Survivors include his wife of 66 years, Honey E. (Fisher) Baldwin, daughter, Leslie Ann Bloom of Bloomington, grandson, W. Kelly Smith and his wife Christine of Bloomington, granddaughter, Karen M. Weesner and her husband Dan of Sheridan, sister, D. Irene Wilkins and her husband Ray of Fountaintown.
Bill was preceded in death by his parents and his daughter, Linda M. Smith (1980).
Visitation will be 2-6pm Sunday, February 16, 2014 at The Funeral Chapel of Powell and Deckard, 3000 E. Third St. in Bloomington. Funeral services will be 12:00pm Monday at The Funeral Chapel, with Pastor Michael Gilbert officiating.
A private family graveside service will be Tuesday at New Palestine Cemetery.
