Arlie Lawson of Lot Mud Creek Road, Williamsburg, Kentucky, departed this life on Saturday, May 14, 2011 at the Jellico Community Hospital in Jellico, Tennessee. He was 75 years, 7 months and 18 days of age. He was born on September 26, 1935 in Whitley County, Kentucky to the late Ewell Lawson and Malinda Lawson. He was also preceded in death by a brother, Narvie Lawson, a sister, Dorothy Partin and a son, Mark Lawson.
He is survived by seven children, Tim Lawson, Freda Serres, Rita Estes, William Ilias Lawson and Darlene Kimberlin, all of Williamsburg, Kentucky, Matt Wayne Lawson of Eloy, Arizona and Charity Giusti of Hamilton, Ohio; 22 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren; four sisters, Dory Lawson, Margie Brock and Freda Lawson, all of Williamsburg, Kentucky and Janice Hoffer of Williamsburg, Ohio; two brothers, Kirby Lawson and Randy Lawson, both of Williamsburg, Kentucky; several nieces and nephews; and a host of other relatives and friends to mourn his passing.
