Funeral services for Mrs. Bates will be 3: PM Saturday September the 4th at Perry Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. James Rainey officiating. Burial will follow at Cherokee Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends at the funeral home 6:-8: PM Friday. Memorials may be made to The American Cancer Society or the family will accept flowers.
