Survivors include his wife, Kathlyn Scott Lewis of Lexington; a daughter, Sandra Wood and husband Jeff of Lexington; a brother, Larry Wayne Lewis and wife Diane of Wildersville; two sisters, Jewell Lemonds of Wildersville and Judy Taylor and husband Keith of Murfreesboro; a sister-in-law, Sarah Lewis of Lexington; a grandson and two great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Sammie and Letha Lewis; a brother, Bud Lewis, and a grandson, Scott Mitchell Wood.
Funeral services will be Tuesday, January 14, 2014 at 11 a.m. at Fairview Church of Christ in Lexington with burial in Henderson County Memory Gardens. Reed's Funeral Home in Lexington has charge.
