"She is buried beneath a large concrete slab. The first time she was buried, the grave was not dug deep enough, due to hitting a very large layer of clay. Sometime later, hogs dug up her bones. All that could be located were reburied with the large slab placed over the grave. Later her son, Rush Pinkney (Pink) Hatfield, discovered her finger bones under some brush. He kept them on the mantle of his fireplace in a xxxxxx box."
