Billy L. Nienhaus, 54, resident of Manitowoc, went home to his Lord on Wednesday, February 12, 2014, at Aurora Medical Center in Two Rivers. He was born May 1, 1959, in Sheboygan, the son of the late Raymond and Vivian Koch Nienhaus. He graduated from Kiel High School in 1977. He was employed on the family farm and by Tom Lenz Cattle Trucking of Newton for many years. In 2003, he became an employee of TMV Feed and Supply Co. of School Hill, and worked until he was forced into retirement due to disability. He was united in marriage on December 18, 1982, to Barbra Richgels, and the couple resided in Town Meeme.

Survivors include three children, Brian (Trista) Nienhaus of Howards Grove; Brandon Nienhaus of St. Nazianz; and Bridget (Mike) Kaufmann of rural Newton; five grandchildren, April Hardtke and Dylan and Isabelle Nienhaus, and Dominick and Nathan Kaufmann; one sister, Sally Ponath of Sheboygan; two nephews, Erich (Liz) Ponath and Scott (Jenny) Ponath, both of Sheboygan.

Preceding Billy in death, his parents, one brother-in-law, Roger E. Ponath, and his special friend, Sandy Busse.
