BEEBE, Ruby Frances - Age 90, of Saginaw, Michigan, passed away Tuesday, November 21, 2000 at the James E. Cartwright Care Center in Saginaw. Ruby F. Honnick was born September 1, 1910 in Jackson, MI. She married Philip Gawlak on May 23, 1931 and had lived in Saginaw. He preceded her in death in February, 1962. Ruby then married Lawrence Beebe where she had resided in Holly, Michigan, coming to Saginaw after his death in September, 1989. Ruby was a seamstress most of her life, and while in Holly she was involved with the Historical Society. Ruby was a very loving and caring mother, grandmother and great-grandmother and had many friends and will be deeply missed by all.
Surviving are: 1 daughter, ... and her husband ...; 1 son-in-law, ...; 7 grandchildren, ...; 9 great-grandchildren; and a very close friend, ... . Ruby was preceded in death by a daughter, Joan Nash, Saginaw; 2 brothers, Frank and Leonard Honnick; and a sister, Edna Horn, all of Jackson.
Funeral service will take place 1:30 PM on Saturday, November 25, 2000 at the Deisler Funeral Home, 2233 Hemmeter, (off State St.) Rev. Dr. Mark Molldrem officiating. Burial will follow at Roselawn Memorial Gardens. Friends may call the funeral home on Friday from 2-4 PM and 6-8 PM and on Saturday from 12:30 PM until the time of the funeral service.
