Jo Ann Clayton, 71, of Duvall Way, passed away on January 28, 2014 at Rainey Hospice.
She leaves to cherish fond memories to three devoted daughters, Doris (Randy) Thompson & Sharon Donaldson of Anderson SC and Jackie Davis of Winston-Salem NC; sixteen grandchildren (one grandchild reared in the home, Latoya Montgomery); thirty five great grandchildren; three sisters, Pastor Mary Mackey, Iva Johnson and Doris Johnson all of Anderson, SC; two brothers, Jefferson Paul, Jr. of Anderson, SC and Bobby(Joyce) Paul of Winston-Salem, NC; a lifetime friend, Romeo Clayton of Winston-Salem, NC; two special friends, Charlene Trusdale and Lucille Donaldson; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Jefferson Paul and Josephine Hunter Paul Thompson; daughter, Joyce Elaine Clayton; great grandson Kaiden A. Clayton; sister, Elizabeth Mackey; two brothers, John Marvin Paul and Lewis Melvin Paul; and son- in-law, Earl Donaldson
