Jason Paul McGowan, 14-year old, eighth grade student at Morrison School, died Saturday. Young McGowan succumbed to injuries suffered in a tractor-motorcycle accident.
Jason was a son of Jimmy and Charlene McGowan of Smartt Station. He was a member of the Baptist Church and a native of Warren County.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by a brother, Ronnie McGowan of Smartt Station, maternal grandmother Faye Scott, McMinnville, and paternal grandparents Mr. and Mrs. Lester McGowan, also of McMinnville.
Rev. Glynn Killian conducted services in the chapel of Love-Cantrell & Cope Funeral Home. Interment followed in Gardens of Memory.
