Daughter of Allen Conley & Margaret McGrew.
She was the wife of John Bowers who died from a kick from a horse at age 30.
Their two surviving children moved to Indiana.
Son, John Oliver, was a lawyer and donated land for Indiana Dunes State Park.
Sarah's brother, Martin Conley, was killed in the Civil War.

Sarah had a stone placed for her husband than a later one with her name & their son was placed next to the orginal stone for John Bowers.

Sarah's sister, Margaret Conley, married John's brother Jacob Bowers.
