Mrs. Fuller was born on August 21, 1951 in Big Spring to Joe Fowler and Delore (Smith) Brooks. She was the second born of five children. She graduated from Denton High School where she was honored to be part of the Entre Nous social club and attended Texas Woman's University.
She was married on December 19th 1972 to Danny Lewis Fuller in Denton TX. Rebecca moved out to west Texas in the mid 80's where she owned and operated a Donut shop as well as Rolling Wheels skating rink for several years. She returned to the DFW area and accepted a job with a Business solutions company from which she retired.
Rebecca was preceded in death by her father, Joe, her mother, Delore, and her brother, Kerry.
She is survived by her son, Brian Jefferson Fuller and wife Christine of Venus; three grandchildren, Carissa, Brianna and Levi; sister, Tamera Joe Grossman and husband Robert of Haltom City; brothers, Jeffrey Lee Brooks of Royce City, Richard Dale Brooks and wife Lanee of Flower Mound.
