Julia Rose Munoz Pettersen of Yuba City passed away on Sunday, February 9, 2014 at 83 years of age.

Julia was born in the family home in Winters, CA on July 30, 1930 and moved to Yuba City 5 years ago.

She was a nut buyer for most of her life and she loved cooking Spanish food and gardening. She was loved dearly and will be missed by many.

She is survived by her children: Steve (Loretta) Martin, John (Cindy) Martin, Wendy (Joe) Lopez and Eric Pettersen. Grandchildren, Christopher (Margaret) Martin, Jeremy (Stephanie) Lopez, Brian (Michelle) Lopez, Sarah Martin, Adam Martin and 6 great-grandchildren. Sisters, Mariana Zimmerman and Doris Carrick.

She was preceded in death by her parents Mariano and Adoracion Munoz and eight siblings.
