Suzanne L. Harris, age 77, died on Wednesday. She was preceded in death by her son, John Alexander Layne, Sr.
Suzanne was a kind and gentle woman who had a great sense of humor. She loved her family; and she loved all the pets that were a big part of her life. She will be missed by all who loved her, and we welcome the peace she has been granted. Funeral services will be held from the Chapel of Mobile Memorial Gardens Funeral Home on Saturday, February 15, 2014 at 10 AM. Visitation will start at 9 AM, In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a local animal rescue charity in her name. Burial will be in Mobile Memorial Gardens.
