Grace E lizabeth Lewis, , of Bonne Terre died September 21, 1993 at her residence. She was born August 15, 1931 in Missouri to the late Ransom and Blanch (Long) White). She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Lewis III; three sons; John Steven, Marcus Craig and Steven Dale; step-father, Clarence Peppers.
Mrs Lewis was a member of the Bonne Terre Centernary Methodist Church. She was a certified lay speaker.
She is survived by two sons: Charles E. Lewis IV of South Padre Island, Texas and Michael Lewis of Overland; three daughters: Mary Schmaltz of Fenton, Susan Lewis of Farmington, and Karen Cooper of Columbia; three grandchildren.
Visitation will be Friday at 5 p.m. at the C.Z. Boyer and Son Funeral Home in Bonne Terre. Funeral services will be held Saturday at 10 a.m. at the Bonne Terre Centenary Methodist Church with the Rev. Scott Lohse Officiating. Burial will be in the Bellefontiane Cemetery in St Louis City.
