John Baudino, 94, of 417 George, Herrin, died at 7 am Monday, November 27, 1989 in Herrin Hospital. Services will be in Van Natta Funeral Home with burial in East Lawn Memorial Gardens in Energy. Mr. Baudino owned Baudino Buick Garage. He was a member of the First Baptist Church, American Legion, VFW, Elks and was an Army veteran of World War I.
He was born October 4, 1895 in Gallup NM to James and Teresa Baudino. He married Marie Perrine in 1932 and she died in 1986. Survivors include daughter, Barbara Ehlers of Deerfield, brother Joe Baudino of Chevy Chase MD, sister Marie Dawson of Davenport IA, 3 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren. One brother and sister preceded him in death.
