CIVIL WAR VETERAN DIES

Osborne, June 3, (AP) -- B. F. Hilton, 91, believed to be the last veteran of the 38th Ohio volunteer infantry of the Civil war, died at his home here today. Mr. Hilton was at one time prominent in politics here serving as clerk of the district court and representative of the state legislature during the populist period of control. His death leaves Harry Pixley, 92, as the only Civil war veteran in Osborne and the last member of the O. M. Mitchell post No. 69, G.A.R.
