Clyde was born October 8, 1924, in Perry County, Ohio to Albert D. and Myrtle May Wahl. He worked in construction nd highway paving, and retired from Carborundum in Logan.
Surviving are his son, Albert Lee (Brenda) Wahl of Logan; daughter, Bonnie Sue Bainter ofNew Straitsville, Ohio; grandchildren, Michael Lee (Jennifer) Wahl of Bremen, Ohio, Wendy Jo (Joe) Moody of Logan, Andrea Lynn (Randy) Walker of New Lexington, Ohio, Scott Ryan Bainter of Columbus, Ohio, and Robert Bryan (Michelle) Bainter of New Straitsville; great-grandchildren, Heidi Lynn Wahl, and Kimberly Wahl; and sister, Judy (John) Rollins of Gibisonville, Ohio.
Clyde was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Mary Alice Wahl who passed away September 28, 2013; a daughter, Ruth Ann Wahl who was born Apriol 2, 1946 and died June 11, 1948; brothers, Francis Charles, and Harry; infant sister; and son-in-law, Robert "Bob" Bainter.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, February 15, 2014 at the Heinlein-Brown Funeral Home,Logan, Ohio. Burial will be in Ebenezer Baptist Cemetery near Maxville, Ohio.
Calling hours will be observed SAturday, Noon to 2 p.m. at the funeral home.
