Sara L. Kreger, 87, of Markleton, died July 7, 2003 at Hinzy's Personal Care Home, Confluence. Born Nov. 1, 1915 in Upper Turkeyfoot Township, daughter of the late Peter Albert and Carrie Pearle (Kreger) Kreger. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by sisters Elsie, Mary, Alice and Ida Kreger, Bertha Sanner and brother George Kreger. Survived by sisters Gladys Brougher and Abbie J. Sanner, both of Markleton. She was a member of the Kingwood Church of God and a charter member of the Kingwood Grange. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at Humbert Funeral Home, Confluence, where a service will be held 11 a.m. Thursday, the Rev. James Monticue officiating. Interment in Kingwood IOOF Cemetery.
