Deborah "Debbie" Lawrence was born in North Platte, Nebraska on November 24, 1952. She passed away on Tuesday the 3rd at her home in Silverton. She was 60 years of age the daughter of Robert and Mary Ann Perlich. Debbie moved to Oregon at a young age and graduated from Cascade High School in 1971. She then graduated from Regents College with a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing in 1998. She was a Registered Nurse at Salem Hospital and worked as a Dialysis Nurse and Manager.

She was married to Edward Lawrence on June 18, 1971 in Salem and they made their home in Silverton. She was a member of the Silverton Nazarene Church and enjoyed gardening, sewing children's clothing and quilting.

She is survived by her husband, Edward; children, Jason Allen (Joanne) Lawrence, Carene Michele (Rick) VanOsdol, Jacob Benjimin Lawrence, Katie Jane ( Tony) Lawrence; brothers, Robert (Anita) Perlich, Ralph (Karen) Perlich, Larry (Linda) Perlich; and 6 grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her brother, Quintin Perlich.

Memorial contributions may be made to Oregon Pacific District Church of the Nazarene Children's Ministry or Oregon Kidney Foundation. A Celebration of Life will be held on Sat. Sept. 14th at 2:00 pm at the South Salem Church of the Nazarene. Private interment at Lone Oak Cemetery, Stayton. Arrangements entrusted to Weddle Funeral Services, Stayton, Oregon.
