MC KIM, Verta Mae born August 12, 1938, in Alpena Pass, Ark., and passed away November 21, 2005, in Quartz Hill, Calif. Verta was a member of the Quartz Hill Ladies Auxiliary VFW Post 3000 and a member of the Quartz Hill Community Church. Left to cherish her memory daughter Cindy Tastad, sons Josh & Dan, Mc Kim; sisters Elizabeth Canfield & Bertha Green, brother Chester & Dean Ladd; 6 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren and numerous nieces & nephews. Verta was preceded in death by her husband J.G. Mc Kim in 1994. She will be missed by her loving family. Graveside services will be held Saturday, November 26, 2005, at 1:00p.m. at Desert Lawn Memorial Park, Palmdale. Arrangements entrusted to Halley-Olsen-Murphy Memorial Chapel & Crematory , Palmdale.
