Died- February 9, 2014
Cynthia Ann Hess, 50, of Schuylkill Haven, formerly of East Mines, passed away peacefully Sunday into God's arms at Schuylkill Medical Center-East Norwegian Street.
Born in Pottsville, Feb. 22, 1963, she was a daughter of the late James Jr. and Beatrice M. Stevens Hess.
She was a member of St. Clare of Assisi Church, Saint Clair.
Cindy worked at the Habilitation Workshop until 1997.
She was also a member of Pottsville Jaycees and Phoenix Fire Company Ladies Auxiliary, East Mines, and participated in Elder Garden.
Cindy is survived by two brothers, Gary Hess and his wife, Sandy, and Duane Hess and his wife, Melanie, both of Schuylkill Haven; nephew, Gary Hess II; seven nieces, Christine Hess, Alyssa Rauenzahn, Kyleigh Rauenzahn, Kalene Hess, Jordanna Hess, Madison Hess and Avaree Hess; great-nephew, Grayson Hess; uncle, Joe Kovich; aunt, Rose "Toots" Stevens; cousins, friends and family from East Mines.
Cindy's family would like to thank all of her caregivers from over the years.
