Born in Athens, she was the daughter of Yvonne Dilcher Anderson of Athens and Ronald Dean of Albany, and stepdaugher of Shirley Dean of Albany.
Mrs. Riley was a housewife and was a member of Black Oak Church in Vinton County.
Besides her parents and stepmother, she is survived by her husband, Roger A.; two daughters, Karen and Kristen at home; a sister, Kim Zaksek of Columbus; a brother, Kevin Dean, stationed at Grissom Air Force Base in Indiana; three stepsisters, Debe Bricker and Penny Runyon of Athens, and Cathy Rutchi of Pomeroy; two stepbrothers, Bill Bentley of Apple Creek, and Jerry Bentley of Shade; her stepfather, Jerry Anderson of Point Pleasant, W.Va.; grandparents, Eugene and Ada Dilcher of Albany; her father-in-law and mother-in-law, Oliver and Marcile Riley of Millfield.
She was preceded in death by grandparents, Clarence and Mary Dean.
Services will be Sunday, 1 p.m., at Bigony-Jordan Funeral Home with the Rev. Marvin Markins officiating. Burial will be in Athens County Memory Gardens.
Friends may call at the funeral home Saturday, 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.
