He was preceded in death by his parents Walter L. and Rosa Garrett and his son Billy Wayne Garrett, 3 brothers, Walter Garrett Jr, Lloyd W Garrett and Billy S. Garrett, and one sister, Betty Ann Harper. Funeral service will be at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, February 6, 2014 at Northside United Pentecostal Church in Fort Smith, AR. with interment at Roselawn Cemetery in Fort Smith, AR.
