Veteran of Korean War. Survivors, wife, Wanda Debuty Cook, Children, J.C. Cook, Washington, Cindy Longo, Arizona, Sherry Sergeant, Florida, Ronnie Tallent, Randall Tallent, Jeff Tallent, all of Madisonville, 10 grandchildren & 3 great-grandchildren, Sisters, Mildred Arwood, Madisonville, Alice McDonald, Virginia, Several nieces & nephews. Preceded in death by parents, Fleming & Gerleane Isbill Cook, sister, Wanda Cardin, brothers, Herbert, Doug and Wayne Cook. Funeral 8 P.M. Tuesday, Biereley-Hale Chapel, Rev. Tony Curtis & Rev. Kenny Taylor officiating. Interment 1 P.M. Wednesday, Lindsey Moser Cemetery with military honors provided by V.F.W. Post #5156 & D.A.V. #93. Family will receive friends 6-8 P.M. Tuesday at Biereley-Hale Funeral Home, Madisonville.
