Curt grew up in Philadelphia, PA, he served in the U.S. Merchant Marines, the U.S. Marine Corps and the U.S. Army. He earned degrees from Temple University in Philadelphia and retired from Florida International University in Miami with a Doctorate in Education. Curt will be loved and remembered forever by his wife of 48 years, Yolande. Also mourning his loss are daughter, Judy Zapisek; son, James Bradley; stepson, Paul (Tony) Wooding; sisters, Linda Napier and Wanda Smith; nieces, nephews, grandchildren, great grandchildren, and many, many friends.
