Daniel B. McCullough, 91, of Greensburg RD6, died Wednesday, April 9, 2003, in the Harmon House, Mt. Pleasant. He was born June 19, 1911, in Rossiter, a son of the late William S. and Emma Freyer McCullough. He was a member of the Greensburg Christian and Missionary Alliance Church. He was retired from General Tire Co. in Jeannette, and had worked as a coal miner and dairy farmer, having made home milk deliveries in Greensburg. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Barbara Griffith McCullough; a son, Daniel B. McCullough Jr.; two brothers, James McCullough and William S. McCullough Jr.; and a sister, Ruby Pierce. He is survived by a son, Les Alan McCullough of Greensburg; two daughters, Mrs. Nancy Weatherton and her husband, Robert, of Claremont, Calif., and Judith McCullough of Lake Worth, Fla.; four grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; a sister, Mrs. Joyce Timbin of Punxsutawney; and several nieces. Friends will be received at the COSHEY-NICHOLSON FUNERAL HOME INC., 319 W. Pittsburgh St., Greensburg, Sunday from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral service will be held Monday at 11 a.m. in the funeral home with the Rev. William Underwood officiating. Interment will follow in Westmoreland County Memorial Park, Hempfield Township. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Mr. McCullough's name to one's favorite charity. Alvin P. Oskin Jr., supervisor, in charge of arrangements.
