Visiting at Rabenhorst Funeral Home East, 11000 Florida Blvd., 11 a.m. until religious services at 2 p.m. Tuesday, conducted by the Rev. Peter Crifasi. Burial in Resthaven Gardens of Memory. Survived by three sisters, Lena Jumel Persac, Jackson, Miss., Meryl Jumel Lopez, Baton Rouge, and Mildred Jumel White,Shreveport; two brothers, Kenneth L. and J. Allen Jumel, both of Baton Rouge; nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by wife, Ruby Acy Jumel; a sister, Verdith Jumel Parker; and parents, James M. Jumel Sr. and Milda Babin Jumel.
