Cisco was the son of Elliott Serrano Valderrama, Sr. and Helen Virginia Lawson, the grandson of Paul Acival Valderrama and Bernalda Serrano.

Elliott S."Cisco" Valderrama Dec. 1, 1941 - Feb. 6, 2014 Resident of Oakland. Cisco was 72 years old when he passed away from respiratory complications. Cisco was born in San Francisco CA but grew up in the tough streets of East Los Angeles CA, and those same streets helped mold him into the man we all knew. In early 1965 he moved north to Santa Rosa CA, for a job as a Hod Carrier for a brick mason. While in Santa Rosa Cisco met a lot of new people and made a change from rolling "low cars to high bars". He became a very proud member of the Hells Angels Motorcycle Club on Jan 13, 1966. He also worked in many aspects of the film industry for 30 plus years. He was a man who gave his heart and soul to what he believed in. Cisco is survived by his wife of 52 years, Joann. His sister Virginia McManus best friends Timmy, Shannon, Yamo, Chrissie, and All of his Hells Angels Brothers. He will be missed by many and will NEVER be forgotten, RIP CISCO AFFA
