BLANCHESTER, OH – 18 June 1993 – Rachel Ann Lynch, 48, died at her residence suddenly on June 18, 1993. She was an Owsley County native, the daughter of the late Gilbert Bowles and Florence Reynolds Bowles. She was a member of the Baptist Church and a housewife.

She is survived by her husband, Bobbie Lynch of Blanchester; two children, Melisa Day and Bobbie Lynch, Jr. both of Blanchester;; her mother, Mrs. Florence Bowles of Booneville and four grandchildren. She is also survived by four sisters, Helen Barrett, Hamilton, OH; Marie Miller, Harrison, IN; Nettie Hall, Lawrenceburg, IN; and Laura Alice Dobkins, Sunman, IN; three brothers, Floyd Bowles, Booneville; Richard Bowles, Goshen, OH and Raymond Bowles, Blanchester, OH.

Funeral services were at 2 p.m. Monday at Searcy and Strong Funeral Home with Rev. Charlie Wilson officiating. Burial was in the Gilbert Bowles Cemetery on Chestnut Gap. Searcy and Strong Funeral Home was in charge of arrangement.
