Lysander E. Spafford, an old resident of the city, died at his home, 532 West Eighth street, at the age of 68, Saturday evening. He came to California from Bellevue, Michigan, 18 years ago. Mr. Stafford was a member of the First Baptist church of this city.
Surviving him are his wife, two sons, and two daughters. Funeral services will be held at 2 o'clock Tuesday afternoon Comer funeral parlors. The Rev. George Knights of the First Baptist church will officiate. Burial will be in the Sunnyside mausoleum.
