William B. Burgermyer, 64, 725 Southern Blvd., N.W., died at 7:10 a.m., today at St. Joseph's Hospital after an illness of about four months. He had been in the hospital for one week.

Born Feb. 3, 1897, in Mentor, Ky., he had lived in Warren for 40 years. The son of Martin and Catherine Colonel Burgermyer.

He married the former Esther Toot, May 19,1923.

He was a steelworker employed by republic Steel Corp. and was a member of St. Plus X Church.

Survivors include his wife, Esther; three daughters Mrs. Charles(Elsie) Wishart, of Leavittsburg, Mrs. Earl (Betty) Gowdy, of Fowler, Mrs. Charles (Mary Ellen) Swanson of Struthers, one son William C. Burgermyer of Champion; 16 grandchildren; four sisters, Mrs. Agnes Lowe of Warren, Sister Mary Anita of Lensville, Ind., Mrs. Lorinne Rosmarin of Hamilton, and Mrs. Magdalene Willoughby of Dayton, one brother, Louis Burgermyer of Warren.

He is preceded in death by two infants, a son and daughter Ruth.

The body was at the White Funeral Home where friends may call from 7 to 9 p.m. Friday. Services were at St. Plus X Church and burial will be in Oakwood Cemetery.
