Born May 23, 1956, in Waynesville, Mo., she was the daughter of Ivan Dennis Carmack and June Greenstreet Carmack. She was united in marriage to David Lee Maxwell on June 12, 1983, in Waynesville. She was a homemaker and was of the Baptist faith.
Survivors include her husband of 30 years, David Maxwell; a sister, Cathy Hodgett of Falcon, Mo.; and a half-brother, Gary Carmack of Waynesville.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Graveside services were in Lunenburg Cemetery.
