Foster Gillan
Foster Joseph Gillan, 71, of 1245 Fifth Ave., Punta Gorda, Fla., died Saturday in Medical Hospital, Punta Gorda, Fla.
Mr. Gillan was a retired master mechanic. He was a member of the Operating Engineers Union Local 545, Syracuse.
Mr. Gillan was formerly of Syracuse.
Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Laura Puffer Gillan, of Punta Gorda, Fla.; two sons, Lee Gillan of Salisbury, Md., and Larry of Ocala, Fla.; a brother, Elmer Gillan of Rock Ledge, Fla.; two sisters, Mrs. Ruth Rogers of Watertown and Mrs. Mary Cobb of Lakeland, Fla.; 10 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Services will be at 10 a.m. tomorrow at the Ponger Funeral Home, Punta Gorda, Fla.
Calling hours are 7 to 9 p.m. today.
