Sue Ann Wright, 61, passed away February 5, 2014, in Wichita Falls. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM, Saturday, February 8, 2014 in the chapel of Lunn's Colonial Funeral Home with Pastor Larry Shields of Faith Baptist Church officiating. Burial will follow at Crestview Memorial Park under the direction of Lunn's Colonial Funeral Home.
The family will receive visitors from 7:00-8:00 PM Friday, February 7, 2014 at the funeral home.
Sue Ann was born on November 26, 1952 to Howard Scott, Sr. and Marylou (Adams) Wright in Henrietta, Texas. She was a 1970 graduate of Rider High School and received her Bachelor's degree from Midwestern State University. Sue Ann worked for many years as a social worker for the State of Texas. She enjoyed gardening, traveling when she could, sewing, crafts and reading. Her biggest love besides her family was her pets. Her mother says Sue Ann loved taking care of her family and had a huge heart.
She was preceded in death by her father and her brother Howard Scott, Jr. She is survived by her mother, Marylou of the home, her niece Sadie Davis and husband Pat of Spring, Texas and children Jackson and Zoe Scott. She is also survived by a nephew, Howard Scott Wright, III of Houston.
