She was born Oct. 25, 1929, in Otsego, Ohio, the daughter of the late Fred and Lily Mae (Wortman) Waters.
She was a homemaker, a member of Grace United Methodist Church, Order of the Eastern Star, and an avid bowler.
On Dec. 31, 1950, she married Donald E. Barrick, who preceded her in death in 1993.
Surviving are two sons, Michael A. Barrick and Marie of Delaware, Ohio, Jeffrey C. Barrick and Katie of Coshocton; grandchildren, Cory Barrick, Blake Barrick and Sophia Barrick; and nieces and nephew, Jane Richards, Sheila Parkhill and William Waters Jr.
She was preceded in death by a sister, Emma Taylor; and two brothers; Byron and William Waters.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, Dec. 7, 2007, at Given-Dawson Funeral Home, 186 Park Ave., Coshocton, with the Rev. Craig Redecker officiating. Burial will follow at Otsego Baptist Cemetery in Otsego.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 6, 2007, at the funeral home.
