Amy Giles Lane, of Blanchard, was born September 26, 1980. Her spirit went to be with our Lord on February 4, 2014. She is no longer bound by the limitations or illness of her earthly body. Amy valued her family and friends over all. She was passionate about her children and cherished the time she could spend with them at school events, birthdays, outings, and adventures. A void will be left in her absence no one will ever replace. She is survived by her husband Bill, children Joseph 15, Faith 11, Matthew 8, John 5, her parents Wallace Giles of Greenwood, La and Deanna Giles of San Jose, CA. She also leaves three brothers, Steven, Paul, and Michael, one sister, Renee, numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins. Pallbearers will be Chris Giles, Cory Giles, Brett Powell, Cody Williams, Logan Nix, Jim Manners, and Don Manners. Honorary pallbearers are Charlie Giles, Whit Giles, and Andrew Nix. Visitation will be 6:00-8:00 Friday 2/07 at Gorsulowsky Funeral Home in Vivian, La. Services will be 2:00 Sat 2/08 at Gorsulowsky Funeral Home with burial to follow at Hosston Cemetery. Officiating will be Marvin Williams and Gene Nix.
